Responsibilities
- Reseller and Client Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and clients.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Provision : Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Sales and Promotion : Promoting the clients services to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Monitoring and optimising the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
- Lead Management : Effectively managing and converting leads to drive sales growth.
- Sustainable Sales Growth Management : Implementing strategies and training initiatives to achieve sustainable net sales growth.
- Maximising Contractual Benefits : Ensuring contracts deliver expected financial and strategic value by monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Partnering with all the clients departments for continued and sustainable customer success.
- Reseller Training and Development : Ensuring training programs are effective and lead to measurable improvements in reseller performance.
Requirements
