SmartSheet Expert

As a Smartsheet Specialist at Crew Life at Sea, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Smartsheets to support various aspects of our cruise booking operations. You will play a critical role in improving data accuracy, automating tasks, and ensuring that our agency operates efficiently while delivering outstanding cruise experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Smartsheet Development : Design, create, and manage Smartsheets for various functions within the agency, including but not limited to cruise bookings, customer information management, pricing calculations, and reporting.
• Formula Development : Develop complex formulas and calculations within Smartsheets to automate processes, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate decision-making.
• Sheet Connections : Establish connections between different Smartsheets, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between various systems and departments.
• Data Validation : Implement validation rules and data integrity checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data stored in Smartsheets.
• Workflow Automation : Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and workflows within Smartsheets, increasing operational efficiency.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to team members on Smartsheet best practices, tips, and tricks to maximize productivity.
• Reporting and Analytics : Generate customized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, track trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with Smartsheet updates and industry best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the agency's processes.
