Purpose of the Role :

To match candidates to jobs with client companies.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure all shifts requested by the client are filled with appropriately screened and competent workers with fill ratios being met.
• Speak to all working temps as necessary to check availability.
• Responsibility for holiday accrual questions from candidates.
