Mr K City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

Mr K is a successful Gold Exchange Business founded in 2014, trading in Gold and Silver Bullion, buying recycled Gold, Platinum, Silver, and Palladium, and manufacturing Jewellery for retail and wholesale clients.

This is a full-time on-site Sales Consultant role located in City of Cape Town at Mr K. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and providing consulting services to clients.

Responsibilities

Perform sales consultations with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer service
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Provide consulting services to clients in the Gold Exchange industry

Qualifications

Sales Consulting and Consulting skills

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Ability to build strong relationships with clients

Knowledge of the Gold Exchange industry is a plus
