Responsibilities :
Full-Funnel Strategy : Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch paid media strategies across search, social, and display
Budget Mastery : Own and manage significant monthly ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend to hit KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Deep-Dive Analysis : Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights and clear client-facing reports
Testing & Innovation : Lead A / B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments to find new growth levers
Collaborate & Elevate : Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to develop high-converting assets and share learnings
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable) :
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (in-house or agency)
Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel / Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups)
A track record of hitting and exceeding performance goals (e.g., lowering CPA, scaling ROAS)
The ability to communicate strategy and results confidently to clients and internal teams
Knowledge of a tool like Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, or Looker Studio
