Senior Manager - Integrated Media Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Strategy Formation : Lead the development and implementation of the Media and Channel Integration strategy, ensuring alignment with wider corporate strategy.
• Leadership and Direction : Communicate actions needed to implement the strategy and brand plans; inspire commitment across teams.
• Marketing : Oversee effective creation, implementation, and maintenance of Media and Channel Integration strategies to achieve ROI and brand presence.
• Budgeting & Costing : Manage and optimise budgets to deliver against business objectives.
• Brand : Ensure integration of A&G, Virseker & Partnerships media strategy with the overall brand strategy.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Manage stakeholders up to C-suite level, leading engagement plans and collaboration with Marketing Managers.
• Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Contract Management : Oversee media buying and partner relationships; negotiate service-level agreements.
• Continuous Improvement : Implement innovation processes and stay up to date with media market developments.
• Performance Management : Lead a diverse team, set objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Digital Marketing Capabilities : Contribute to the digital marketing roadmap, enablement strategies, and capability building.
