FINANCIAL MANAGER

Job descriptionAnnual Budget Preparation Annual External Audit File Preparation Month-end Processes : Oversee journals, balance sheet reconciliations, asset register, etc. Verify accuracy and completeness of financial records. Tax and VAT Submissions Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting Forecast income, CAPEX, OPEX, etc. Conduct deep analysis on specific cost / revenue items. Generate ad-hoc reports as required. Support Executive team on business strategy, investments and opportunities Financial Management & Operational Support Collaborate with treasury for weekly cashflow management. Oversee asset management for buildings, infrastructure, equipment and vehicles. Team Leadership Delegate selected financial & administration functions to staff. Provide operational and financial support to all production team members, fostering peer communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years post-article experience.
- Professional qualification and completed articles (CA / CIMA / PA) will be beneficial.
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Potential for leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
Ensure completion by the 15th of each month.
Prepare monthly management accounts by the 15th of each month.
Proactively manage Suppliers and Customer accounts
Line management of Accountants, Bookkeepers & financial assistants.
