Description
To lead and evolve the company's digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of web architecture, SEO, PPC, social platforms, and emerging technologies. This role is pivotal in driving digital innovation, optimizing user experience, and aligning digital strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional digital initiatives across web, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Website Architecture & UX
Oversee the structure, performance, and scalability of all web properties.Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure optimal UX / UI.Implement best practices for site speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.SEO & PPC Management
Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, and backlinking.Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report ROI.Social Media & Content Integration
Guide the strategic use of social platforms to drive engagement and traffic.Ensure content is optimized for each channel and aligned with brand voice.Collaborate with content teams to amplify campaigns digitally.Analytics & Performance
Set KPIs and track performance across all digital channels.Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Hotjar to derive insights.Present regular reports to leadership with actionable recommendations.Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists and external partners.Work closely with IT, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.Manage vendor relationships and digital tools procurement.Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of web architecture, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and hosting environments.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and SEO tools.Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Proven ability to translate business goals into digital strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing and conversion optimization.Leadership & Communication
Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to communicate complex digital concepts to non-technical audiences.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital product management.
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or related platforms are a plus.
