The Role : As an Appointment Setter at Starlink Installation Pros, your primary responsibility is to qualify incoming leads, book appointments, and ensure seamless communication between leads and our sales team. You will be a key player in the customer journey, ensuring each lead is scheduled efficiently and successfully handed off to a sales rep for closing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs.
- Set appointments by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer.
- Use GoHighLevel CRM to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged.
- Overcome objections by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
- Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral , responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.
