SAP Basis Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a consultant who would be responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, performance, and reliability

of the SAP technical landscape across the organization. This includes managing all SAP systems — such as S / 4HANA, ECC, BW / 4HANA,

Solution Manager, PI / PO, BTP, and related components — ensuring optimal system performance, security, and availability

Minimum requirement

10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including at least 3–5 years in a lead or architect role.

Experience and skill

Proven experience managing SAP S / 4HANA environments, including HANA database administration.

• Strong understanding of SAP landscape architecture, transport management, and client strategy.
• Expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
• Experience with Linux / Unix and Windows operating systems in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and SAP Router configuration.
• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid landscapes.
• Familiarity with SAP security, user administration, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience leading SAP system monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Basis teams and manage complex, multi-system landscapes.
