MAIN PURPOSE

To ensure a comprehensive, professional and cost effective pharmaceutical service to in‑hospital patients and the public.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the availability of medicines and scheduled substances to stores and the public.
• Ensure accurate dispensing.
• Ensure efficient stock holding of medicines and scheduled substances.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION : B Pharm / B Sc Pharm / Dip Pharm

DESIRED EDUCATION

None

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 3 - 4 years experience working as a Pharmacist.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

1-3 years experience in a hospital pharmacy Stock management and distribution.
