Job Description
Responsible for the administration and support of Oracle’s compensation and benefits programs regionally or by country. Create principles to guide the design and application of compensation & benefits programs. Provide guidance on complex compensation & benefits questions and develop onboarding / training materials on compensation & benefits programs, policies, and practices. Handle complex inquiries from HRBPs. May be assigned as Compensation Business Partner to a Line of Business. Design benefits policies and administration procedures, select vendors, prepare cost projections, seek approval, and implement new / changed benefits affecting major countries. Lead the implementation of annual open enrollment and other regular Benefit programs. Lead a wide variety of departmental projects. Resolve escalated employee eligibility and claim issues. Lead the periodic review of the Compensation & Benefits policies, procedures, communications, and documentation to ensure up-to-date information and relevance. Identify problem areas and provide recommendations for process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.
