Job Responsibilities
- Assist walk in clients
- Preparation of stone quotations to clients
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
- Take measurements on site
- Prepare costings on project
- Managing projects detail
- Assist with procurement of material
- Assist with details for the fabrication of stone product
- Manage administrative requirements of project
- Working with installation teams on project specific
- Work together with office staff for the preparation of documents, site materials, etc.
- Site supervision where necessary
- Work together with Health and Safety Officer where projects have special health and safety requirement
- Drafting communication
- Assist in the preparation of invoicing, statements, and customer account management
- Ad hoc tasks as required by Business Development Director
Qualifications / Requirements
Customer Service and Communication skillsAbility to read and understand technical drawingsExperience with drawing and optimisation softwareOrder Processing and Sales abilitiesAdministrative and project management skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in the stone fabrication or construction industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or related fields are advantageousJob Details
