These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

Summary

Turn legal knowhow into simple reliable Leah experiences. Youll organise playbooks policies and examples; help design agentassisted workflows; and support testing training and adoption.

Youll be using AI to address commercial drafting renegotiations and contracting challenges. Great fit for lawyers paralegals contract analysts or legal ops professionals who enjoy applying technology to everyday legal work. Experience with tools like Leah Harvey or Legora is helpful but not required.

Key responsibilities

Gather and structure the rules examples and language legal teams rely on.

Draft clear problem statements and use cases that respective AI tool can support.

Help design and refine the user experience; test with real examples and iterate. Create guides FAQs and short videos so people can selfserve with confidence.

Define requirements and work with engineers to connect solutions to the clients existing tools when needed.

Experience & skills

13 years in legal (law firm or inhouse) contracting legal ops.

Strong analysis and drafting; comfortable working with structured information. Curiosity about AIenabled tools and how they support decisionmaking

Confident communicator who can explain how and why in plain English.
