Sales Executive -Commission Based Only

Job descriptionIdentify and reach out to potential clients across Africa, South Africa, and Europe. Pitch Femploy’s recruitment and training services confidently and professionally. Build and maintain client relationships to secure new business partnerships. Collaborate with the recruitment team once clients request placements. Maintain an organized client pipeline and provide weekly activity updates. 10% commission on successful client placements (recruitment and training). Remote, flexible working arrangement. Work with a woman‑powered, tech‑driven brand making waves across Africa and Europe. Growth opportunities as Femploy expands into new markets. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development (advantageous but not essential). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self‑motivated, professional, and able to work independently. Confident in using LinkedIn, email, and digital tools to prospect clients. A proactive mindset with a hunger to achieve results. Must have own Laptop / PC and stable internet connection. Commission Only : 10% on successful placements or training deals closed. Probation : 2 weeks performance review period. Location : Fully remote – global applicants welcome. Entry level Full‑time Sales and Business Development Staffing and Recruiting
