Payroll Administrator - East Rand, Gauteng

Reference : CAW -CH-2

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their thriving dealership team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • End to end Payroll processing on SAGE VIP Premier.
  • Payroll recons, pension, MIBCO, medical aids.
  • RMA submissions and calculations.
  • UIF declaration submissions.
  • EMP 201 submissions – knowledge of e-filing and easy file.
  • UI19 and salary schedule preparations.
  • Roll over, updates, and backup of the VIP system.
  • Report writing on VIP will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of setting up and maintaining MOC’s on VIP premier.
  • Knowledge of the ESS system.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, including Vlookup.
  • Attention to detail is crucial due to strict checking processes.
  • Filing is an important part of this role.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of proven payroll end-to-end experience, specifically within the motor industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with the online MIBCO system, including processing and reconciling MIBCO benefits on the payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
