HR Business Partner

Overview

Location : Berlin

Primary Purpose of the Role : The HR Business Partner will support management by driving key people practices, including personnel administration, manpower planning, recruitment, industrial relations, performance management, training and development, succession planning, and employee wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate personnel administration processes.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, induction, and exit interviews.
• Manage performance appraisal processes.
• Handle IR matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Administer death and disability processes.
• Assess and facilitate training aligned with company needs.
• Lead HR-related projects and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Conduct HR-related audits and provide actionable feedback to management.
• Implement benchmarking and best practice initiatives.
