Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Willingness to travel locally and in Africa .
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
- Strong experience in both technical system support and user training delivery .
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Confident, resilient, and service-oriented , with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently , take ownership, and engage with users at all levels.
Duties and responsibilities
HubSpot System Administration & Support (Marketing Hub, Content Hub & Service Hub)
Serve as the primary support contact for HubSpot users across multiple business unitsManage user accounts, permissions, and system access.Maintain database hygiene through contact cleanup, segmentation, and audit checks.Build and monitor dashboards, pipelines, reports, and workflow automation.Support Marketing with email campaigns, segmentation, landing pages, blogs, and performance analytics via HubSpot.Support Service Teams by managing incoming tickets, pipeline rules, SLAs, and customer feedback surveys.Assist with the integration of HubSpot to other platforms (email, website, social, etc.).Internal Training Coordination (eLearning Platform & In-House Training)
Lead HubSpot user training and onboarding sessions across departments and branches.Manage user access, onboarding, and updates on the eLearning Platform.Assist with the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the companys eLearning platform.Script, upload, and maintain digital training modules and learning paths.Assist with filming and producing internal training videos, working closely with the Marketing and Service Hub teams.Track staff learning progress and support department heads with training allocation.Maintain records for reporting and compliance purposes.External Training Support (Client & Partner Training)
Coordinate external training schedules in collaboration with Sales and Operations.Manage training certificates, attendance records, and system administration.Support accreditation compliance related to MERSETA, MQA, and industry training standards.Assist with the development and maintenance of training systems used for customer and partner training engagements.SharePoint & Internal Communication Support
Maintain company updates, documentation, and communication content on the SharePoint intranet.Ensure internal communication is aligned with brand messaging and accessibility standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
