Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at GPInfoTech, you will be at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions—helping shape and deliver digital transformation projects that drive real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders (internal and client-side) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work with the software development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment during design and build phases.
• Validate deliverables (e.g., wireframes, prototypes) against business objectives.
• Perform gap analyses between current systems and proposed solutions.
• liaise with the client to provide regular updates, present findings, and make recommendations.
• Support change‑management activities (training, communication, rollout) to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
