Ahora estoy en un proceso de expansión y me gustaría crear una comunidad exclusiva en mi web que ya existe en la plataforma Thinkific. Necesito a una persona con experiencia de community manager y preferiblemente con experiencia en Thinkific o una plataforma similar. Esta persona me ayudará a diseñar la comunidad, gestionarla y moderarla. Necesito a alguien con mucha paciencia, comunicación consciente y amorosa y grandes cualidades organizativas. Esta comunidad será en español e inglés, así que si sabes inglés es un punto más.
Responsibilities
- Diseñar, gestionar y moderar la comunidad en Thinkific o plataforma similar.
- Fomentar una experiencia bilingüe (español e inglés) y facilitar la participación de la comunidad.
- Establecer normas, gestionar la moderación y mantener una comunicación consciente y amorosa.
- Colaborar con la creadora para planificar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento y engagement.
Contract details
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 30 hours per week.
