Job descriptionQualified Motor Mechanic (Red Seal or equivalent). 35 years post-qualification experience (BMW or German brand experience advantageous). Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Valid drivers licence (Code B). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Description :
- Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on BMW vehicles.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure all work meets BMW quality standards.
- Use BMW ISTA diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex faults.
- Complete job cards accurately and on time.
- Support junior technicians and apprentices where needed.
- Maintain compliance with workshop safety and environmental policies.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues.
