Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment and software to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate service records and comply with all safety and brand requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with service advisors and the workshop team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with premium or luxury vehicle brands.
  • Experience with Jaguar Land Rover vehicles is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
