What You’ll Do

Co-facilitate design thinking workshops with clients and stakeholders

Translate business needs into re-usable, scalable solution prototypes

Implement low / no-code configurations for ITSM & CSM platforms

Provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support and solution guidance

Configure dashboards, integrations, workflows, and reports

Apply ITSM / CSM best practices to enhance customer operations

Collaborate on responsive web solutions and UI / UX initiatives

Share knowledge across teams and support platform optimisation

What You Bring

2+ years’ experience in ITSM or CSM environments

Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Familiarity with Ivanti or similar platforms (advantageous)

Knowledge of ITIL, KCS, and integration principles

Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills

Exposure to SQL, IIS, MySQL, HTML, Python, or Web Services a plus

Bonus : multilingual and digitally curious
