Position : Marketing Specialist - SEO

Working Hours : Monday to Friday; 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM US Eastern Time

Salary range : USD per month based on experience

Location : Remote (preferred : open)

Role Summary : The Marketing Specialist — SEO has broad digital marketing knowledge with strong expertise in SEO. Their primary responsibility will be to support clients with on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO enhancements, and keyword-targeted content recommendations to drive organic visibility and rankings. The right person will also have a broad understanding of digital marketing and the ability to perform basic cross‑functional tasks within SEO and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and mapping
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and content for search engines
• Implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, schema, etc.)
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics
• Execute competitor analysis and content gap analysis
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles
• Build and maintain a strong local SEO presence
• Recommend content opportunities to support SEO strategy
• Collaborate with the Content Specialist for SEO-friendly copy
• Make recommendations to the project manager and client for key optimization tactics
• Execute tasks accurately and on time
• Build reports and maintain client-facing dashboards and workbooks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and best practices
