Job descriptionAdministration; Adherence to relevant systems, policies and Governance process; Ad hoc duties and Auditing : Carry out additional duties or responsibilities, which fall reasonably within the domain of the role profile, or in accordance with operational requirements Assist with Internal and External auditing processes, as and when necessary Adhere to the implementation of the financial management of the financial management systems and policies; and optimize control and processes Commit new DG contracts and Amendments contracts on the commitment register Manage and maintain commitment register Prepare Month and yearend Discretionary grants accruals and provision journals etc Accounting / Financial Services jobs
