Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of social media execution across multiple client accounts. Our internal team handles the strategy and creative direction - you’ll bring it to life by managing the day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement, primarily across Instagram and TikTok. This is a full-time role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple brands at once. You’ll ensure posts go live on time, communities stay engaged, and each account runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day social media operations for 3-5 DTC brands
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok or other platforms depending on the client, ensuring consistent quality and timing
- Write and refine captions, hashtags, and short-form copy that fit each brand’s tone
- Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets and content approvals
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions and respond promptly
- Track engagement and performance metrics
- Maintain organised content calendars and posting workflows
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support other social tasks as they arise
- Use AI tools (such as GPT or image generators) to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably across multiple brandsStrong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms, trends, and engagement best practicesExcellent written English and communication skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactive about problem-solvingFamiliar with social scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, or similar)Comfortable using AI tools to streamline execution and content managementAble to work independently and communicate clearly with the teamA video sent to our operations email is REQUIRED, no video = no consideration, see belowBonus Qualifications
