Role Overview

The Manager : Salesforce Architect leads the end-to-end architecture, strategy, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions, driving platform governance, and ensuring alignment with business and technology roadmaps.

This position requires deep Salesforce Architecture expertise, advanced development experience, strong API integration capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Strategy

• Owns the Salesforce platform architecture, technical vision, and multi-year roadmap.
• Designs scalable, secure, high-availability Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Evaluates Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, integrations, and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensures compliance with best practices for architecture, security, performance, and governance.
• Partners with leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business objectives.
