Senior Systems Analyst

Overview

Are you a systems thinker with Python skills and a passion for automation? Do you thrive on building data pipelines optimising processes and creating tools that enable smarter financial decision-making? This is not a finance role. This is a technical role that supports the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of automation tools to streamline reconciliations, reporting and forecasting
• Develop data pipelines (ETL) that ensure clean structured financial data flows across systems
• Guide and support a small team of analysts in delivering high-impact solutions
• Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain and improve Dynamics 365, Azure and Snowflake systems
• Build dashboards, implement continuous improvements and integrate new tech as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial systems management or automation

Proven experience managing a small team or leading projects

Strong proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, and ETL processes

Experience with tools such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Snowflake (advantageous)

Strong understanding of process improvement, systems architecture, and internal controls
