We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Agent to take full responsibility for managing and delivering a major infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in project delivery, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Professional Registration :

SACPCMP as Pr. CM, or

ECSA as Pr. Eng., Pr. Tech. Eng., or Pr. Techni. Eng.

Experience : Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience managing similar projects.

Knowledge : Must be familiar with the GCC Contract for Construction Works and the principles of SANS 1921-4 : 2004.
