Perform laboratory investigations and material performance tests
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate research outcomes into practical solutions
Mentor and guide junior engineers
Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports
Skills & Experience :
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering, materials science or related work.
Deep understanding of structural materials and behaviour, with proven hands-on lab and testing experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret and apply research data effectively.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
A proactive approach to mentorship and professional development of junior engineering staff.
Qualification :
Masters degree (MEng / MSc) or PhD in Structural Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering essential.
