Role Description

My client has a role for an Afrikaans and English speaking Veterinary Receptionist located in Durbanville. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for animal care, appointment scheduling, client education, phone etiquette, and communication on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Animal Care, Client Education, and Communication skills
• Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent

Hours : 13 : 30 - 18 : 00

Every third Saturday - 8 : 00 - 13 : 00
