Requirements

  • Sage One accounting
  • Pastel Partner accounting
  • Sage Business Cloud Payroll Weekly Wages
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be available to work on weekends

    • Duties

  • Monthly processing of tenant billing; Invoices & Statements (JHB & CPT)
  • Tenant contracts & liaising (JHB & CPT)
  • Maintenance scheduling on properties
  • Petty Cash
  • Bank Cashbooks
  • General office administration functions
