Your mission will be to cultivate relationships with influential local entities, develop location‑specific initiatives, and channel qualified prospects directly to our enrollment specialists.

Unlike conventional outreach positions, this role operates in a fully remote, technology‑enhanced environment. You'll leverage AI to enhance your productivity, strategically target your outreach efforts, and create automated follow‑up systems—allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters : cultivating strategic alliances and implementing scalable, partner‑driven engagement. You'll take ownership of new market lead generation and clearly understand how your efforts translate into enrollment success.

What You Will Be Doing

• Establishing and nurturing strategic alliances with local organizations that have influence over Alpha's target demographic.
• Providing partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, high‑impact local initiatives.
• Processing and qualifying partner-generated prospects, recording relevant information in the CRM, and seamlessly transferring them to the admissions department.
• Implementing AI solutions to optimize outreach, automate follow‑up communications, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM documentation.
• Enhancing internal standard operating procedures, strategy documents, and frequently asked questions to incorporate the latest field insights.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
