As a Principal , you’ll lead a team of professional property agents in your geographic area, ensuring growth, compliance, and service excellence. This is not a desk-bound role – it’s a chance to take ownership of your area’s performance and build a reputation as a trusted leader in real estate.

Your Role & Responsibilities :
Recruit and onboard agents to build your local team.Support your agents with training, guidance, and performance management.Ensure compliance with Lockstone standards and PPRA requirements (Head Office assists with this).Manage local marketing initiatives with your allocated budget.Drive growth through new listings, sales, and agent development.Uphold the Lockstone brand and values in your community.What we’re looking for :
