Responsibilities

• Manage the full 180 recruitment process : candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline within the IT and professional services sectors.
• Collaborate closely with the UK-based client services team to understand job briefs and provide excellent candidate matches.
• Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to proactively source and engage candidates internationally.
• Implement automation tools and AI-driven recruitment processes to optimise sourcing and candidate management.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Provide a first-class experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
