Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to keep machinery operating reliably and efficiently
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues both on-site and remotely
Accurately document service activities and maintain a high first-time fix rate
Provide professional technical support to clients, ensuring quick and effective solutions
Assist with the installation and digital configuration of new machinery and systems
Continuously build your technical expertise through e-learning and certification programs
Ensure all tools, equipment, and service vehicles are maintained in excellent working conditions
Skills & Experience
23 years of experience in machinery maintenance or repair
A qualification in engineering or software / network configuration (essential)
Strong aptitude for diagnosing and solving mechanical, electrical, and digital faults
Clear communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
Collaborative and adaptable, able to excel in a practical, fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various client sites
Access to a reliable personal vehicle
Fast learner with a strong desire to expand technical expertise through ongoing training
Qualifications
Minimum of National Diploma in mechanical engineering or trade test
Valid drivers license
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
