Tenders / Bid
Ensure accurate submission of tenders on behalf of the company this includes reviewing, responding and monitoring bids.Establish and adhere to proper document management for minutes, tender documents and related documents.Source, compile, submit and follow up of all possible tenders for the CompanyEnsure that bids are created and completed- bids / estimations / quotations based on customer specification or customer requirements / budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the company.Ensure end-to-end successful and fully compliant delivery of tenders.Liaise with all Partners and Support Services to ensure relevant information is up to dateDo write ups about the firm and its services.Ensure credibility and accuracy of all tender proposals and quotations submittedInterpret client queries and respond professionallyAnalyse tender requests and identify specific requirementsDevelop an understanding of the specialist ICT Sector writing styles, language usage, etc..Write engaging opening sections to tenders, delivering the skills and benefits of working with the companyManage timeous review, signature and delivery of tendersManage database of tender awardedMonitor and ensure that the tender and legal requirements impacting the tender process are maintainedEnsure proactive interaction with clients following a tender awardMonitor the financial impact of tender awardsTrack contract deadlines and renewal datesProvide administrative and technical support (technical information and explanations) for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related activitiesNOTE
