Figma UI / UX Designer & Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Figma Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing) to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can design marketing materials using Figma , assist with administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Design & Marketing Support :
• Create and edit designs using Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
• Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content.
• Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content.
• Personal Assistant Duties :
• Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace .
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
