Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process reinsurance accounts accurately and efficiently in line with treaty terms and conditions.
- Assist with cedent reconciliations, claims processing, and performance-based commission calculations.
- Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Engage with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure accurate financial data flow and high data integrity.
- Contribute to improving data quality and streamlining internal financial processes.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Education : Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).Experience : 13 years accounting experience within the insurance or financial services sector (reinsurance exposure advantageous).Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and journal entries.Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn.Apply now!
