Qualifications & Skills :
- 25 years experience in supply chain coordination, order processing, or logistics support
- Experience working for a multinational / global company (preferred)
- A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities :
Accurately process and track customer orders from start to finishLiaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely updatesManage delivery schedules, backorders, and customer stock movementsCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for on-time goods deliveryHandle customer queries with professionalism and urgencyEnsure compliance with export control regulations and incotermsAssist with stock availability checks and forecastingPrepare and present reports, invoicing projections, and forecastsSupport finance teams with invoicing, credit notes, reconciliations, and payment termsDrive continuous improvement in processes and reportingTechnical Skills :
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) with strong data manipulation and reporting skillsERP system exposure : Sage X3, SAP, and Syspro (advantageous)Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilityPersonality Traits :
