Sales Manager Western Europe (m / f / d)

What we expect from you

• A completed Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in B2B sales within the raw materials market, ideally in pet food
• Relevant experience in a commercial or product development role, preferably in pet food ingredients or a similar international industry
• Strong account management skills and experience with international (key) accounts
• A results‑driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM / ERP systems (Hubspot, Exact Synergy is a plus)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferrably another language
