Group Financial Accountant

Are you a skilled Group Financial Accountant with a passion for hospitality and luxury brands Join one of our clients in Stellenbosch who are in the hospitality sector where youll work closely with the Group Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across the estate. From managing month-end reporting and ensuring compliance to providing insights that support strategic decisions this role offers the chance to contribute to an iconic destination while advancing your career in a dynamic high-end environment.

Job Description :

Oversee the full finance function including management accounts budgets cash flow and consolidated reporting

Provide financial analysis forecasting and strategic insights to improve profitability

Ensure compliance with statutory tax and audit requirements

Manage cash flow treasury and stakeholder relationships (banks auditors SARS)

Maintain and enhance financial systems (Pastel Semper Easy Wine Excel)

Lead mentor and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence

Skills & Experience :

3 years experience as an Accountant

Hospitality or Winery experience NON-NEGOTIABLE

Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for continuous improvement and process innovation

Excellent communication skills

Qualification : Degree
