The Team

The Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) provides Data & Distribution services to data producers within S&P Global. Our team values innovation and collaboration striving to optimize data operations and distribution processes to meet the evolving needs of our business partners.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Design and implement customized file configurations tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for API integrations.
• Deliver technical consultancy to facilitate smooth API integration processes and data sharing into warehouse solutions including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery and Databricks.
• Lead client migration projects from legacy systems to our Data Delivery platform.
• Champion process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency.
• Manage monthly KPI reporting generating insights from operational metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Identify and specify application issues collaborating with Product & Development teams for improvements.
• Engage proactively with senior clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the Agile process for prioritization, coordination, and planning within the team.
