Responsibilities :

• Enhance the product through innovative strategies and approaches
• Mentor colleagues and provide guidance to the team in their specialized areas
• Participate in Corporate Wellness Days, facilitating Corporate Member Education sessions
• Manage automated solutions to streamline processes
• Handle escalated cases with precision and care
