Systems Configuration Specialist

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Configuration Specialist in Fourways to oversee the integration of third-party gaming systems, payment solutions, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end configurations, ensure system stability, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and vendors, ensuring optimal performance and compliance across all environments.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage integrations of third-party platforms, payment gateways, and CRM systems.

Oversee API lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Troubleshoot configuration issues and support platform release cycles across environments.

Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide second-line technical support and monitor system performance metrics.

Skills :

Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, regulated settings.

High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

35 years experience in systems configuration, preferably within online gaming, fintech, or digital platforms.

Proven experience with payment gateway and CRM integrations.
