About the Role
We’re a fast-growing boutique U.S. agency producing performance-driven video content for brands across digital channels. This role combines video editing with graphic design : you’ll craft short- and mid-form video content, as well as still visuals and ad creatives that complement campaigns across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
- Edit short- and mid-form videos (15 seconds to 10 minutes) for social and digital campaigns.
- Design still ad graphics and visual assets that complement video content.
- Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and marketing principles (hooks, pain points, offers, CTAs).
- Collaborate with the creative team on ideation, scripting, and execution.
- Use AI and editing software to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.
- Maintain brand voice and quality across all projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure all content is polished, engaging, and optimized for its intended platform.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).Solid graphic design skills for creating still ads and campaign visuals (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent).Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and conversion-driven storytelling.Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey nuance and humor effectively.Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches.Startup mindset : proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Bonus : experience creating content for digital-first or social media-focused brands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
