Qualifications
National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognised qualification)Required Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is imperative.Extensive and comprehensive branch banking experience with thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures, particularly teller operations and frontline support.Proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations.Solid grasp of legal aspects pertaining to cash handling.In-depth knowledge of functions performed by various departments within the branch structure.Behavioral Competencies
