Architect - ServiceNow ITSM + ITOM Fully Remote (Telecoms)

Overview

ENVIRONMENT : A global Software Engineering and Data Science Consultancy is looking for a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in the Telecom domain. The role involves leading the design, development, and governance of ServiceNow solutions tailored for telecom environments. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as TM Forum (TMF). The architect will optimize the use of ServiceNow modules like Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and Telecom Service Management (TSM). Candidates should have 8+ years of solution design experience, including at least 5 years in the telecom sector, along with 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience, specifically implementing TSOM and TSM modules.

Duties

• Architectural Strategy & Design : Define and develop the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations in the telecom domain.
• Architectural Strategy & Design : Lead architectural discussions and decisions around ServiceNow modules, especially TSOM, TSM, ITOM (IT Operations Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management), ensuring they align with business goals.
• Architectural Strategy & Design : Develop a roadmap for ServiceNow implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with the telecom industry\'s regulatory and compliance standards.
• Telecom-Specific Architecture : Design architecture frameworks and patterns that ensure integration between ServiceNow and telecom operational systems (e.g., OSS).
• Telecom-Specific Architecture : Collaborate with telecom-specific business units to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow.
• Telecom-Specific Architecture : Align architecture with Open Digital Architecture (ODA) standards and other relevant telecom frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as the liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors, including ServiceNow and telecom service providers.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate the architecture vision to business stakeholders and gather their feedback.
• Stakeholder Management : Ensure that all proposed solutions align with the business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
• Integration : Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other telecom platforms and applications, such as OSS systems, CRM, ERP, and custom-built telecom applications.
