Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the finance function ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting forecasting business planning and cash flow management across all business units.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts annual financial statements and audit packs.
• Maintain effective internal controls including management of the Fixed Asset Register.
• Analyse financial results identify trends risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with HR and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
• Develop and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive efficiency accuracy and best practices within the finance department.
