Introduction
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Parow.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for :
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing Staff
- Coordinating activities to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the operations
- Analyzing operational performance
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintaining high standards of productivity and safety
